Our approach is very personal, individual and purely face to face. That is the key to our business and success.
Unsurprisingly for someone who trained as an accountant and has a business degree, I always wanted to run my own business. Having set up and established a number of standalone divisions for other organisations, I took the opportunity to work with David Elliott and create Projentum.
With a focus on Change and Transformation, Projentum has proved a one stop shop for a range of organisations, from an educational establishment for children and adults with Autism to one of the UK’s largest Wealth Management organisations.
Experienced in assessing the needs of complex change programmes and then delivering the right resources at the right time, I enjoy the challenge of getting to grips with different clients, business sectors, organisational environments, systems and change agendas.
Away from work my family is my priority, with sport a close second. Football, as time has passed, has been replaced by golf, although I also swim regularly and ski in the winter.
I have spent the last 25 years working mainly with financial services organisations across the North of England, providing specialist resource to enable them to deliver their change and transformation agenda’s.
In 2010 I launched Projentum with my business partner Paul Steiger and it has been quite a journey so far. Having successfully operated through Brexit, the pandemic, various economic downturns and IR35 reforms we find ourselves in a strong position and able to advise, consult and play a key role in the delivery of our clients’ change programmes.
As an organisation we have always been entrepreneurial in our approach and I enjoy the flexibility of running my own business and the challenges that brings.
I have had the opportunity to work with some fantastic change professionals over the years and they have enabled Projentum to develop and grow the reputation it now has.
I take part in a range of sports including running, swimming and cycling and regularly compete in triathlons and HIIT classes (although I won’t be breaking any age group records!).
