2Having fully understood our clients’ requirements and objectives, provide the most appropriate solution, both change resource and engagement method, to meet their needs.

3Be actively involved in the ongoing project/programme, providing input/feedback where necessary and ensuring key deliverables and milestones are achieved.
Each part of the role can only be properly accomplished by dealing with each party directly and personally, face to face. It is this insistence on the quality of approach that is the key to our business and to our success.
