Seasoned PM required to manage a PCI DSS project for a client within the financial services sector. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for building the plan for the overall project, engage with the relevant stakeholders and ensure all governance is adhered to. This role requires an individual with well developed stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to guide and influence when needed. Previous experience of PCI DSS or payments projects would be advantageous. Initial contract is 3 months but highly likely to extend and this would be a home based role with the requirement to be on site 1 to 2 times per month initially and then moving to once a month.

Following a major restructure this UK based financial services group requires a Senior Project Manager to deliver the new Organisational Design for a significant proportion of the enlarged corporation. Working with a small team of HR SME’s and a broad senior stakeholder group, you will bring project discipline to a politically sensitive and operationally important piece of transformation work. With achievement of the synergies of the restructure as a key objective driving the new OD, you will ensure this programme workstream delivers on time and to budget. On a personal level, your credibility with senior stakeholders will be of the highest order as will your organisation and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of having managed HR workstreams, including during a significant restructure or integration, is a prerequisite coupled with strong generic project management skills. This role is initially for 4 months and will pay £700 per day (outside IR35). The role will involve predominantly remote working but there is an expectation to be in the office one day per week.

Established and evolving financial services organisation require a seasoned Business Analyst to lead on a number of challenging change projects, including adding functionality to a recent Oracle NetSuite implementation and an upgrade of customer payment processing. You will work independently from a project viewpoint but may still coach/mentor junior members of the change team where required. Previous experience of managing third party supplier relationships from RFP through to delivery would also be advantageous. This is a hands on role and will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, organising/running workshops and identifying and managing stakeholder relationships combined with a focus on how operational/business processes can be improved. Experience of working in an Agile environment would be helpful. The role is based in York and there will be some requirement (maximum 2 days per week) to be in the office so you must be within a reasonable commuting distance. Initial contract is 6 months but the work is expected to run beyond 12 months.
